Tom Blefko is the Vice President of Operations for RE/MAX Pinnacle. He is originally from Lancaster, PA and is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College with a B.S. in Business Administration. He entered the real estate business in 1983 as a salesperson and quickly became one of the top selling agents in his company, earning numerous awards for sales production. In 1991, he became an Associate Broker and entered management where he became the Director of Education and Corporate Services for a large broker. Since that time, he has excelled as a sales manager, trainer, and recruiter. During his career, he has successfully closed or counseled agents in thousands real estate transactions.
In addition to his numerous sales and management achievements in real estate, Tom generously donates his time to the profession that he loves and the community where he lives. He presently serves on the Board of Directors of the Lancaster County Association of REALTORS® and is a member of the Planning Commission for Hummelstown Boro. Tom is a past Director of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® and has served as a Director and Chairman for the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS® Industrial, Commercial and Investment Council. He has also been active as a volunteer for the various REALTOR® Associations that he has been involved with by serving on Long Range and Strategic Planning, Budget and Finance, and Multiple Listing Service Committees. He is a past Chairman of the Hummelstown Improvement Program, a past fundraising Chairman for the United Way, a lead organizer for the Transitional Living Centers’ ‘Day of Caring’, and a past Fair Housing instructor for new agent orientation with the Lancaster County Association of REALTORS®.
Tom resides in Hummelstown, PA and keeps busy in his spare time by training for and running marathons (nine to date), golfing, and reading trade journals and inspirational biographies.
